Context

Coaching is a trust purchase. The brand had to earn it quietly.

A coaching practice lives or dies on how its founder comes across before the first conversation. The project paired a considered one-page site with a defined brand voice — premium and restrained, no aphorisms, no hype — so every future piece of copy sounds like Ingrid rather than like marketing.

The scope

  • Site design and build — calm, editorial, built around the coaching offer
  • Brand voice guide governing tone across the site and all future communication
  • Deployed on modern hosting with booking and enquiry routes established
